I’ve noticed that Batman’s villains are at least given a realistic sentence for people who clearly have psychotic issues. A long stay in a mental hospital. I guess it’s nice to know they’re being taken care of, although I don’t think Catwoman entirely deserves a prison sentence. Selina Kyle is basically an overzealous animal advocate. Most of what she does is to help the less fortunate, since she was one of them in her early teens and wants to give back, which I fully agree with and support.

I honestly don’t get why anyone would want to raise kids in Gotham, it’s too scary!

No wonder Commissioner Gordon is so determined to keep the city safe. True, Gotham needs a police commissioner, but someone else needs him more. His daughter, Barbara AKA Batgirl and later Oracle, needs her father. They rarely mention his wife, so I’m guessing his daughter is probably all he’s got in terms of family.

See what I mean? It must run in the family.
Even though the Commissioner is clearly very protective of his daughter, sometimes, I swear he’s figured out what Barbara does in her spare time. Afterall, he used to be a police detective, and I’m sure if he had a problem with it, he’d have said something by now. Barbara’s basically following in her father’s footprints as a crime-fighter, so I’m sure if he knows, he’s probably very proud of her.  The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, does it?
