Stress-Blogging



 The reason this blog exists is because I read that writing helps with my anxiety and book hangovers (look it up, it's a real thing). Since my book can't be updated without a complete product recall or a reprint, I've decided to take my mom's advice and try blogging. My therapist says it's helping. I thought putting my thoughts out there for the world to see would help me relax and maybe know that I'm not alone.
